No Airport Premises but still alive and well!

The Biggin Hill Airport Social Club (a private members club, associated
with Biggin Hill Reunited, (the unofficial airport users
database) is available to all present and past airport users and workers. It originally, courtesy of Joe Merchant with the
Pilots Pals Bar, had a home at the airport itself. Now homeless until new airport premises can be found (if ever), members
use the club as a means of remaining in contact and meet up in a variety of locations, the main two of which are now The Kings Arms
Pub in Leaves Green and the Biggin Hill Squash Club in Jail Lane, both just adjacent to the airport.
The Kings Arms Pub is a busy and very friendly pub, offering good pub food. It has three bars and a great garden area at the rear.
The Squash Club, which is open from around 10:30am until 11:00pm, offers our members occasional attendance (as a guest of
any other airport member who is present at the time) for no more than one or two visits a month, but for those who wish to make
more regular use of the facilities, a discount on the additional Squash Club membership fee is usually offered to our members.
The club is open 7 days a week, and serves alcohol, teas, coffees, and soft drinks. It also has a well equipped kitchen which
serves good and reasonably priced hot and cold food lunchtimes and evenings.
We have lost our airport view - for the time being - but the community still thrives!
